The Student may withdraw consent for screen sharing or remote access at any time. If consent is withdrawn and the requested instructional task cannot be completed without access, the Academy may reschedule or refuse to perform the task. The Student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Forzon Academy, its instructors, and staff against any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the Student’s device content, third-party software, or the Student’s failure to follow security guidance. Except as required by applicable law, the Academy’s liability for any claims arising from screen sharing or remote access is limited to the fees the Student paid for the affected session(s).
Technical Support & Fees:
The Academy may provide reasonable technical guidance to enable screen sharing; however, the Academy is not responsible for providing device repair, file recovery, or advanced technical support. The Academy may charge additional fees for extended technical assistance beyond normal teaching duties; such fees will be communicated and agreed in advance.
